Shipping

All shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout. We currently ship to Puerto Rico and the USA only.

If your package is lost in transit or returned to us due to an incorrect address input, you will be responsible for paying the cost of re-shipping. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped from Mayagüez, Puerto Rico within 3-5 business days. Once your order leaves our studio, you will receive a shipping notification.

Order Changes or Cancellations

After placing your order, it cannot be changed. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
