Returns and Refunds
We understand that sometimes items may need to be returned, and we want to make this process as seamless as possible for you. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy, which begins after the package has arrived at your doorstep.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- For candles made from upcycled beer bottles, the bottle must be intact, the candle wick must not be used, and the wax must not be melted.
- Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging and retail box to protect the candle during transit.
If you need to initiate a return, please contact us at soporte@ecorriquenas.com. Kindly include your order details and the reason for the return in your email. We will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Sale items, gift cards, or limited edition products are non-returnable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on returns to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. The return will be processed once the package safely arrives back to us. Depending on your location, the time for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.
Damages and issues
While we take great care in packaging our products, if you receive a broken item, you must file a claim with USPS. The process is straightforward: create an account, submit all required information (including tracking number, product value, and pictures), and USPS typically sends claim decisions within 5-10 days. Once approved, USPS will mail a check for the approved amount.
If you wish to replace your damaged item, you must place a new order with us. Please note that the USPS claim process and ordering a replacement from Ecorriqueñas are independent actions.
